The Goffs Qipco British Champions Day sale, which had previously seen a top lot sold for £1 million in 2023, featured only two horses in its 2025 edition. The catalogue included two-year-old colt Generous Rascal, who recently won at Kempton, and two-year-old filly Birdcall, a debut winner at Nottingham. Despite efforts to generate interest, the sale did not result in any successful bids, leaving disappointment among organizers and attendees.
