Jeremy Strong is set to star as Mark Zuckerberg in the upcoming film, The Social Reckoning, a sequel to The Social Network. The movie, scheduled for release in October 2026, follows a young Facebook engineer named Frances Haugen, played by Mikey Madison, who teams up with Wall Street Journal reporter Jeff Horwitz, portrayed by Jeremy Allen White, to expose Facebook's biggest secrets. Strong, known for his role in Succession, expressed his excitement for the project at the Academy Museum Gala, describing the script as one of the best he has ever read.
