The latest Japanese anime film, "Chainsaw Man The Movie: Reze Arc," dominated the Korean box office for the second week in a row, raking in $1.8 million from over 246,000 admissions. The movie, based on Tatsuki Fujimoto's popular manga, follows Denji's encounter with Reze, a café worker, leading to a mix of intimate connection and chaotic events. With a star-studded voice cast and captivating storyline, the film has amassed $16.6 million since its release on Sept. 24, with Sony/Crunchyroll handling distribution in the market.

Meanwhile, the South Korean film "Boss" held onto the second spot, earning $806,745 and bringing its total earnings to $15.3 million after 17 days in theaters. Directed by Ra Hee-chan, the action-comedy revolves around gang underlings vying to avoid becoming the boss while pursuing their personal goals. On the other hand, the new entry "Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory / Premature Death – The Movie" debuted at No. 3, grossing $644,696 from 89,684 admissions across 742 screens. Based on Gege Akutami's manga, the film follows sorcerers Gojo Satoru and Geto Suguru protecting student Amanai Riko from curse users and a religious cult.

In fourth place, Park Chan-wook's "No Other Choice" earned $556,055, bringing its total to $19.1 million. The film stars Lee Byung-hun as Man-su, a paper manufacturing specialist turned serial killer in a quest for a job. "One Battle After Another" secured the fifth spot with $388,865, accumulating $3.3 million in total earnings. The top 10 films collectively grossed $5.06 million over the weekend, marking a decline from the previous frame and reflecting the post-Chuseok holiday trend in the Korean box office.
