The horse was purchased shortly after Potters Charm won the Grade Two Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle. Trained by Willy Twiston-Davies, Un Sens A La Vie was bought under the syndicate name of El Rincon, named after a restaurant where Ferguson's friend Ged Mason celebrated his 60th birthday. The five-year-old horse impressed in a Market Rasen maiden hurdle recently and is set to compete in the Grade Two Oddschecker Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham's first card of the 2025-26 season.

Mason introduced new individuals to horse racing through the El Rincon syndicate, which has six members and has enjoyed success with their equine investments.
