Spooky Season Sounds: New Music Releases to Set the Mood for Halloween

As Halloween weekend approaches, many artists have released new music to set the mood for the spooky season. Megan Thee Stallion dropped her latest single "Lover Girl," paying tribute to her boyfriend, Klay Thompson. The week saw a flurry of hip-hop and R&B releases, including projects from Bruce Springsteen, Miguel, Daniel Caesar, Leon Thomas, and Halle Bailey. Bailey's album is her first solo full-length effort, following her successful singles and movie appearances. Thomas' EP, Caesar's LP, and Miguel's album also made waves in the music scene.
Springsteen celebrated the release of his film "Deliver Me from Nowhere" by sharing an expanded edition of his 1982 album "Nebraska." The new version includes acoustic demos, B-sides, and the long-rumored "Electric Nebraska" tracks. Demi Lovato returned to dance-pop with her album "It's Not That Deep," while Alessia Cara released a deluxe edition of "Love & Hyperbole." Brandi Carlile made a solo comeback with "Returning to Myself," and artists like Shenseea, Hayley Williams, Sampha, Tee Grizzley, and Samara Cyn also dropped new tracks.
