Bon Jovi shared how Springsteen contributed harmonica to the track “Hollow Man,” expressing gratitude for the opportunity to work with his childhood hero. In addition to the Springsteen collaboration, Forever (Legendary Edition) includes a duet with country star Jelly Roll on the track “Living Proof.” Bon Jovi was impressed by Jelly Roll’s performance at the 2024 MusiCares Person of the Year gala and formed a connection with the artist and his wife, Bunnie. The original Forever album achieved success on the charts, debuting at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart, with the lead single “Legendary” reaching No. 9 on the Adult Contemporary tally.
