Sky Sports Multiview: Watch Multiple Premier League Matches Simultaneously
Sky Sports is broadcasting a record number of Premier League games this season, with the ability for fans to watch multiple games simultaneously. With the rights to 215 Premier League matches, Sky Sports often airs several games on Sundays, including three or four matches in the 2pm slot. A new feature called Sky Sports Multiview allows viewers to watch different matches at the same time on one screen. This feature has received positive feedback from fans who appreciate the ability to follow multiple games at once.
This weekend, eight teams will be in action at 2pm, with matches such as Arsenal vs. Crystal Palace, Aston Villa vs. Manchester City, Bournemouth vs. Nottingham Forest, and Wolves vs. Burnley. Sky Sports Multiview will be available for all four matches, allowing viewers to choose which game to watch. The feature can be accessed through the Sky Sports TV app by selecting 'match choice' via the red button. Multiview has been successfully used for early kick-offs in the WSL and the German Bundesliga as well.
During the matches, there will be one set of commentators providing coverage for all four games, guiding viewers to the most exciting moments. For this weekend's matches, the commentary team will consist of Andy Bishop and Lee Hendrie. Viewers who choose to watch a single game without Multiview will receive separate commentary and analysis at half-time and full-time. The build-up to Sunday's matches will begin at 12:30pm on Sky Sports Premier League, with Multiview streaming starting at 1:55pm before the 2pm kick-offs.
After all the matches have concluded, a highlight reel of all the goals scored in the four games will be shown, followed by the main coverage on Sky Sports Premier League.
