Yungblud and Aerosmith Collaborate on 'My Only Angel (Desert Road Version)' for One More Time EP

Yungblud and Aerosmith have collaborated on an acoustic version of a track from their upcoming EP, One More Time. The song, titled “My Only Angel (Desert Road Version),” features comedian Steve Martin on banjo and slide guitar. The EP is set to be released on November 21.
Steven Tyler of Aerosmith personally asked Steve Martin to contribute his banjo playing to the end of the song. The music video for “My Only Angel” showcases the musicians performing the track, with Martin absent from the video.
The One More Time EP includes four new songs and a new version of the Aerosmith classic “Back In the Saddle,” all featuring vocals from Yungblud and Tyler. Other tracks on the EP are “Problems,” “Wild Woman,” and “A Thousand Days.”
Yungblud’s upcoming North American headline tour in 2026 sold out quickly. The tour, consisting of 24 dates, will kick off on May 1 in Michigan and will include stops in major cities such as New York City’s Radio City Music Hall and Los Angeles’ Greek Theater. The tour supports Yungblud’s recent album IDOLS, which includes popular tracks like “Hello Heaven, Hello” and “Lovesick Lullaby.”
Earlier this year, Tyler, Joe Perry, and Yungblud performed together at the 2025 Video Music Awards and hinted at the upcoming EP. They, along with Nuno Bettencourt, paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with a medley of “Crazy Train,” “Changes,” and “Mama, I’m Coming Home.”
This release marks Aerosmith’s first new music in 12 years and their first songs since announcing their retirement from touring in August 2024. Additionally, the feature-length documentary film YUNGBLUD. Are You Ready, Boy? was released in movie theaters in the UK and Europe over the summer.
