The Road Episode 3: Forrest McCurren's Chance at Redemption

The upcoming episode of The Road on November 2 will showcase five artists who missed their chance to perform last week, opening for Keith Urban in Dallas, Texas. Among them is Forrest McCurren, who will need to rely on his wit and charm to win over the audience, according to tour manager Gretchen Wilson. Forrest impresses everyone with his humorous introduction and original song titled "Get Lucky Tonight," sharing a personal anecdote about his upbringing in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Despite the jokes, Forrest reveals his love for music and the challenges of being away from his wife while on the road. The previous episode featured six acts performing original and cover songs, resulting in Olivia Harms being eliminated. Forrest and four others will take the stage in the upcoming episode, with one artist facing elimination by the end of the night. The competition will narrow down to 10 artists continuing on The Road to the next city.
