Perfect Girl: K-Pop Thriller Film Unveils Star-Studded Cast Lineup

The upcoming K-Pop thriller film, Perfect Girl, has announced an exciting cast lineup ahead of the American Film Market. The cast includes KPop Demon Hunters star May Hong, Arden Cho, K-pop star Jeon Somi, Adeline Rudolph, John Kim, Peter Lee Jae Yoon, Samantha Cochran, AC Bonifacio, Ally, Nancy from Momoland, Siyoon from Billie, and Chaerin from Cherry Bullet. The film, written by Lynn Q. Yu and directed by Hong Won-ki, is a blend of "Scream meets Black Swan" and follows the story of a new K-Pop super group preparing for their debut.
Perfect Girl, which started filming in Thailand, will feature six original songs, including a new track from Jeon Somi. The film is produced by Badlands, Thunder Road, Arden Cho, and Desert Bloom. International dealmaking is handled by Upgrade, with CAA Media Finance representing domestic sales. Producer Scott Strauss praised Director Hong for assembling an international cast to bring his unique vision of a horror movie set in the world of K-Pop to life.
