Arrests Made in Baton Rouge Street Racing and Shooting Incident
Over the weekend, police in Baton Rouge made arrests related to a street racing and shooting incident. The Baton Rouge Police Department responded to the scene early Sunday morning on Mammoth Avenue near Monterrey Boulevard. During a traffic stop, officers discovered two stolen guns in a truck. The driver, identified as Patrick Antoine, 21, was arrested along with passengers Davondre Roper and a juvenile. Antoine was charged with illegal possession of stolen firearms, and he has a criminal history that includes various charges. Roper, on the other hand, has no criminal record.
