High School Boys Water Polo City Section Playoffs: Exciting Matchups and Results
High school boys water polo city section playoffs are in full swing with exciting matchups and results. In the semifinals, #1 Cleveland dominated #4 Birmingham with a score of 11-1, while #2 Eagle Rock secured a victory over #3 Granada Hills with a score of 9-6.
Looking ahead to Wednesday's schedule, the first round of Division I games will take place at 3 p.m. #16 Maywood Academy will face off against #1 Granada Hills at Birmingham at 5 p.m., while #9 Granada Hills Kennedy will compete against #8 LACES. Other matchups include Panorama vs. LA Roosevelt, Santee vs. Venice, Palisades vs. RFK Community, Banning vs. Van Nuys, and LA University vs. Birmingham.
It's important to note that the Division I quarterfinals will be held on November 7 at higher seeds, followed by the semifinals on November 10. The Division I and Open finals are scheduled for November 12 at 5 and 7 p.m. at Valley College.
