Exciting Updates on F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix: Ticket Prices, Programming, and Future Plans

The upcoming F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix is not expected to see a drop in ticket prices as Formula One officials have restructured pricing to offer more affordable options. General admission tickets start at $140, while grandstand seats start at $150. The emphasis this year is on building a long-term relationship with Las Vegas and the community's support for the race.

Formula One president and CEO, Stefano Domenicali, mentioned that ticket sales are on track with targets, and there will be a week of programming leading up to the race on Saturday, Nov. 22, at 8 p.m. The race will feature practice sessions, qualifying, and events from the F1 Academy, including McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri leading the drivers standings.

F1 recently signed a deal with Apple starting in 2026, worth $160 million annually, which will change the broadcasting rights from ESPN. The sport aims to continue its growth and relevance, building on initiatives like the Netflix series "Formula 1: Drive to Survive." New contracts have been signed to extend races globally, including the Las Vegas race through 2027.

Despite a slight decrease in revenue due to fewer races in the third quarter, F1 has shown overall growth in total motorsport revenue compared to the previous year. The focus remains on engaging fans and expanding the sport's reach worldwide.
