Former Indiana University Basketball Players Making Waves in the NBA G League

Three former Indiana University basketball players are currently on NBA G League rosters as the season kicks off. Trey Galloway is playing for the Santa Cruz Warriors, Luke Goode is with the South Bay Lakers, and Miller Kopp is part of the Cleveland Charge team. Galloway set a program record by playing 140 games during his five seasons at IU, ranking seventh in career assists and 55th in scoring. Goode, who transferred from Illinois, had a solid season at IU in 2024-25, averaging 9.1 points per game. Kopp, who finished his IU career in 2023, is entering his third season in the G League after shooting well during his final season with the Hoosiers.
Former NBA All-Star Victor Oladipo has also joined the G League, signing a contract to enter the player pool. Oladipo most recently played for the Guangzhou Loong Lions in China and averaged 22 points in preseason games against NBA teams. Teams can file claims for players in the pool, with claims awarded based on the waiver order. Oladipo has not played in the NBA since the 2022-23 season.
