Hockey Fights Cancer Night: Join the Montreal Canadiens in Supporting Children with Cancer

The Montreal Canadiens are hosting Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by CIBC as part of the NHL and NHLPA's initiative to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. The team is dedicated to supporting cancer-stricken children and their families through various activities and events.
During the game against the Utah Mammoth on November 8, nearly 60 young members of Leucan, an organization supporting children with cancer, will attend the game at the Bell Centre. They will have a special evening with unique experiences like watching warmups from the players' bench and enjoying Zamboni rides.
CIBC is proud to sponsor the event and invites fans to participate in creating an "I FIGHT FOR" mural at the arena. Fans can write the name of the person they fight for and receive a branded tuque and sign to show their support for the cause.
The Canadiens are also supporting the Leucan Big Face Off fundraising initiative, where hockey teams in Quebec can organize activities or fundraisers to assist children with cancer. Teams have the chance to win prizes, including a private hockey clinic at the Bell Centre led by former Canadiens player Paul Byron.
Teams can register their activities between November 8, 2025, and March 15, 2026, to support Leucan's mission of promoting the well-being of children with cancer and their families. The team is also involved in other cancer awareness activities, such as Movember and the Bowvember bow tie campaign.
Fans can show their support by downloading and personalizing an "I FIGHT FOR" card and sharing it on social media with the hashtag #HockeyFightsCancer. Branded lavender items are available for purchase at the Tricolore Sports online store.
