Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2025: Induction Ceremony Highlights and Honorees

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class of 2025 welcomed new inductees over the weekend at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Among the honorees were Cyndi Lauper, Soundgarden, and The White Stripes. The ceremony also saw Joe Cocker, Warren Zevon, Salt-N-Pepa, Outkast, and others being inducted into rock history on Saturday.
Chappell Roan paid tribute to Cyndi Lauper's musical influence and activism work in the LGBTQ+ community before Lauper took the stage for a three-song set. Soundgarden members accepted the honor on behalf of the band and late frontman Chris Cornell, with Jim Carrey enshrining the grunge titans.
Bad Company, Fleetwood Mac’s Mick Fleetwood, and Donald Glover were also part of the induction ceremony, with Outkast being credited for their undeniable impact on the music industry. The full list of inductees included performers like Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker, Cyndi Lauper, Outkast, Soundgarden, and The White Stripes, as well as Salt-N-Pepa and Warren Zevon for the Musical Influence category.
Thom Bell, Nicky Hopkins, Carol Kaye, and Lenny Waronker were also honored for their Musical Excellence, with highlights from the ceremony set to air on ABC on Jan. 1. The 2025 Rock Hall induction ceremony was a celebration of musical legends and their lasting impact on the industry.
