Mark Tremonti and Brian Johnson Surprise Wedding Guests with Epic Jam Session
Wedding guests were in for a surprise when Mark Tremonti, the guitarist of Alter Bridge and Creed, teamed up with AC/DC's Brian Johnson to perform at former baseball player Johnny Damon's wedding in Florida in 2004. Tremonti shared the unexpected collaboration during an interview with Metal Hammer, revealing that they played Led Zeppelin's "Rock And Roll" together. Despite the opportunity, they did not perform any AC/DC songs during the impromptu jam session. This unique experience took place amidst a significant year for Tremonti, as Creed disbanded and Alter Bridge was formed. Since then, Alter Bridge has released multiple albums, with their latest self-titled album set to be released on January 23, 2026. AC/DC also announced tour dates for 2026, with shows scheduled in South America and North America from February to September.
