Bodybuilding champion Hayley McNeff tragically passed away at the age of 37 in Sudbury, Mass., with the cause of death recently revealed. The Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security disclosed that McNeff died from “acute intoxication” resulting from a lethal combination of heroin, fentanyl, 4-ANPP, cocaine, and norbuprenorphine. Her death was deemed accidental by the department’s Deputy Director of Communications, Brenna Galvin.

Hayley McNeff, a former fitness influencer and champion bodybuilder, was remembered as a vibrant and determined individual by her father, Dave. McNeff excelled in various sports during her youth, attending Concord-Carlisle High School and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She made a significant impact in the bodybuilding and fitness community, achieving state titles in Maryland and Delaware and winning the East Coast Classic in 2009. Despite her success, McNeff eventually shifted her focus to graduate studies in psychology.

Known for her ability to bring laughter and warmth to those around her, McNeff was cherished by her family, friends, and the community.
