Inside Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's Amicable Divorce Settlement: A Look at Their Shared Projects and Co-Parenting Agreement

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have finalized their divorce, officially ending their marriage. Tori will retain full interest in several of her TV shows and non-scripted projects, including "BH90210" and her "MisSPELLING" podcast. The iconic show "Beverly Hills, 90210" played a significant role in Tori's career in the 1990s.

They also share interest in joint projects like "Tori & Dean in Love" and "sTORIbook Weddings." Their unique arrangement for their five children involves no child support, with each parent responsible for their kids' needs during their custody time. Tori will cover lease payments for their daughter Stella's 2021 Bronco, and they agreed on joint legal custody.

Both Tori and Dean waived their right to spousal support and agreed to split their shared debts, each owing nearly $1 million in taxes and credit cards. The divorce was settled amicably earlier in the month, and they are on friendly terms, moving forward with their respective relationships.

Tori filed for divorce in March 2024, citing irreconcilable differences after their separation in June 2023. Despite initially seeking spousal support, she later requested to block Dean's access to it. With the divorce finalized, they can now focus on their new relationships, as Dean went public with girlfriend Lily Calo in May 2024, and Tori made her red carpet debut with Ryan Cramer in April.
