Clayface Movie Update: Mike Flanagan Steps Away, New Team Takes Over
The script for the upcoming Clayface movie in the DC cinematic universe was initially developed by Mike Flanagan, but he is no longer involved in the project. Flanagan recently explained his departure from the horror feature, citing scheduling conflicts as the main reason for his decision. Following Flanagan's exit, Hossein Amini has been brought in to rewrite the script, and James Watkins will now be directing the Clayface movie. Flanagan expressed regret at having to hand over the project to someone else, as it was a unique situation for him.
