RTL's Revised Forecast: Focus on Streaming Growth and Special Dividend Plans
European broadcaster RTL has revised its full-year forecast downwards due to sluggish advertising sales in Germany and France. Despite this setback, the company remains optimistic about the growth of its streaming services and plans to distribute a special dividend in 2026 following the sale of its Dutch operations. In the third quarter, RTL reported stable revenues of EUR 1.337 billion, with a notable 40 percent increase in digital advertising revenue.
