Rufa Mae Quinto transformed into Moira Dela Torre, Dia Mate became Billie Eilish, and Alexa Ilacad performed as Britney Spears with a real snake on her shoulders. Jason Dy also took on Britney Spears, Jarlo Base embodied John Legend, Akira Mori****a rapped as Gloc-9, and JM Dela Cerna performed solo for the second week in a row.
Despite the challenges, the celebrity performers continued to improve, making it difficult for the judges to rank them. Alexa emerged as the winner of Round 4, impressing both the judges and her fellow contestants. She took home a prize of ₱50,000 for her flawless performance.
