Rays Sign Outfielder Jake Fraley to One-Year Major League Contract
The Tampa Bay Rays have signed outfielder Jake Fraley to a one-year, major league contract. Fraley was non-tendered last week but the Rays were keen on re-signing him at a lower cost than his projected arbitration salary of $3.6 million. Fraley is represented by CAA.
