Sarah Ames, a newcomer to Tampa's active running community, joined the event for the first time, proudly sporting a turkey hat. The event concluded around 8:30 am, with all proceeds supporting the YMCA's Thrivers Program, which aids children in the Tampa Bay Area battling cancer.
