Demi Lovato's Thanksgiving Feast and Cooking Journey: A Glimpse into Her Culinary World

Demi Lovato recently showcased her Thanksgiving feast, which she prepared entirely from scratch. The singer shared a snapshot of her Thanksgiving plate on her Instagram Stories, featuring a turkey leg, corn, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce. Lovato celebrated the holiday with her husband, Jordan "Jutes" Lutes, and their loved ones.
Lovato and Lutes tied the knot on May 25 at the Bellosguardo Foundation (Clark Estate) in Santa Barbara, California. According to a source, Lovato is incredibly happy with her husband, describing him as amazing. The couple got engaged in December 2023 and have been together since 2022.
In June, Lovato announced the upcoming release of her debut cookbook, titled "ONE PLATE AT A TIME: Recipes for Finding Freedom with Food," scheduled to launch on March 31, 2026. The cookbook will document Lovato's cooking journey, featuring over 80 recipes across various categories, including her top five favorites. Lovato emphasized that the recipes are simple to make and focus on enjoyment rather than perfection.
Throughout her cooking journey, Lovato has found solace in preparing meals, especially after struggling with an eating disorder. She shared her experience of overexercising and extreme dieting on Ashley Graham's "Pretty Big Deal" podcast in 2020. Lovato's cookbook aims to inspire others to nourish themselves in mind, body, and spirit through the joy of cooking.
