Thriving Without Coffee: Meghan Trainor's Journey to Health and Energy
Meghan Trainor, the 31-year-old pop star, shared how quitting coffee changed her life for the better. After a psychic's advice to her husband, Trainor decided to give up coffee cold turkey. She had been relying on coffee to keep her going throughout the day, but it was taking a toll on her health. Trainor realized that her adrenals were shot, and her hormones were out of balance due to overworking herself.
Although quitting coffee was challenging at first, Trainor now feels more energetic than ever. She is gearing up for her Get in Girl Tour, starting in June 2026, where she plans to power through and thrive as she always has. Trainor's daily routine involves early mornings with her kids, visits to amusement parks or museums, soundchecks, and getting ready for her show with the help of her family and nanny.
The upcoming tour will support Trainor's new album, Toy with Me, set to be released on April 24, 2026. The first single from the album, "Still Don't Care," was released on Nov. 12. Trainor is excited about the tour and the new music she will be sharing with her fans.
