Prime Video has announced the upcoming streaming release of the iconic sci-fi film Ready Player One, directed by Steven Spielberg. The movie is set to debut on the platform on December 30, 2025, following its successful theatrical run and continued popularity among fans. Ready Player One, based on Ernest Cline's novel, takes viewers on a journey to a dystopian 2045 where protagonist Wade Watts embarks on a virtual quest inside the OASIS simulation in search of a hidden Easter egg.
