An Indianapolis fitness and home gym influencer known as Kaizen DIY Gym was recently arrested on child seduction charges. Brian Kyle Divine, the 44-year-old behind the online persona, was accused of engaging in sexual encounters with a 16-year-old girl after providing her with alcohol and drugs. Indianapolis police arrested Divine after a rape investigation at a home on the city's north side. The victim reported three separate sexual encounters with Divine, two of which allegedly took place at a warehouse where they were setting up a home gym.
The incidents occurred in October when Divine reportedly gave the girl alcohol and engaged in sexual activity with her at the warehouse. The final encounter happened at Divine's home while his wife was away, where he again provided the victim with alcohol and cigarettes before engaging in sexual activity. The victim's mother discovered deleted chat screenshots between her daughter and the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN), prompting her to contact the authorities.
Divine admitted to the sexual encounters during an interview with detectives, claiming they were consensual and initiated by the victim. However, the victim stated that Divine later expressed remorse for his actions and made threatening remarks towards her. Divine, who works in IT and is described as tech-savvy, is currently held without bond in Marion County Jail, facing multiple charges related to child seduction.
