Brooke Mueller Seeks $15 Million in Child Support Arrears from Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller, the ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen, has filed court documents claiming that Sheen has not paid her the full $660,000 per year in child support as ordered in their divorce. Mueller is seeking a hearing to determine the amount of back support owed by Sheen. She alleges that Sheen owes her a total of $15,386,000, including interest, for child support from 2011 to 2025. Mueller is requesting that Sheen pay the child support arrears and contribute $25,000 towards her legal fees within 30 days of a court order.
According to Mueller, Sheen made partial or no child support payments from 2011 to 2024, despite owing $660,000 per year. Sheen paid varying amounts, including $96,000 in 2016, $228,366 in 2017, $113,000 in 2018, and no payments in 2019 to 2022. Mueller claims that Sheen paid $20,000 in 2023, $30,000 in 2024, and $39,000 in 2025, falling short of the required amount each year.
In a court declaration, Mueller stated that Sheen made full child support payments until June 2011 but began making partial or no payments from July 2011 onwards. Sheen has not responded to the case filed by Mueller. In a previous court filing in 2024, Sheen had reached a custody agreement with Mueller, where they share custody of their twins, Bob and Max. However, if Mueller were to relapse, Sheen would be granted sole custody.
Mueller recently appeared in Sheen's Netflix documentary, where she discussed their troubled marriage and Sheen's past legal issues. Sheen was previously sentenced to rehab, probation, and anger management following an incident in Aspen. Mueller praised Sheen for his support during her struggles with substance abuse, acknowledging his role as a responsible protector, especially for their children.
