Congresswoman Adelita Grijalva Pepper Sprayed During ICE Operation at Tucson Restaurant: Updates and Details

Representative Adelita Grijalva recently revealed that she was pepper sprayed during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation in Tucson at a local restaurant on the westside. The incident took place at Taco Giro near St. Mary's Road and Grande Avenue. Grijalva mentioned on Facebook that she was present during the raid and was pepper sprayed in the face by an agent. Despite not being aggressive, she was seeking clarification as a member of Congress. Members of the press were also affected by the pepper spray, leaving Grijalva with remnants of it on her face. ICE had announced that agents were carrying out 16 search warrants in Southern Arizona.
