Former Allegheny County Teacher Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault of Students
A former teacher from Allegheny County has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two young students and paying them for the acts. The incidents occurred in 2021 when the boys were 11 and 12 years old. The accused, Sean Dicer, was a teacher in the Highlands School District where the boys were students at the time. One of the victims was assaulted multiple times, and Dicer allegedly paid one of the victims over $6,000 since 2022 to keep quiet. Dicer is facing charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors, and sexual extortion. He is scheduled to appear in court in two weeks.
