HydroJug Children's Sport Tumbler Recall: Safety Alert and Replacement Information
A recall has been issued for approximately 17,000 14-ounce Children’s Sport Tumblers by HydroJug due to concerns that the rivets on the handles may become loose, leading to a choking hazard for children. Although no injuries have been reported, HydroJug has received 656 reports of loosening rivets/handles. The tumblers were sold in May and June 2025 at various retailers and online platforms, including Academy Sports, Scheels, Amazon, Well.com, and iHerb. Customers can identify the affected tumblers by the serial number 235010 printed on the bottom or under the rubber boot. The tumblers were available in five patterns: Cowgirl, Daisy Checkers, Dinosaur, Sport, and Bows.
If you own one of the recalled HydroJug tumblers, it is recommended to stop using it immediately and contact HydroJug via email for a replacement lid. Consumers will need to provide photos of the recalled tumbler lid marked with the word 'recalled' and dispose of the recalled tumbler lid.
