ICE Conducts Search Warrants at Taco Giro and Other Locations in Southern Arizona for Immigration and Tax Violations

On Friday morning, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) conducted search warrants at Taco Giro on North Grande Avenue. ICE carried out several warrants at various locations. When contacted by KGUN 9 for confirmation, an ICE spokesperson stated that they do not discuss future operations for security reasons but announce results when appropriate. ICE mentioned that they arrest individuals who have committed crimes or violated immigration laws, and those found in violation may face arrest, detention, and removal from the U.S., regardless of nationality. ICE later provided more information, revealing that they are executing 16 search warrants in Southern Arizona in collaboration with the IRS. The warrants are related to immigration and tax violations. While the number of arrests is undisclosed, ICE confirmed that multiple individuals were taken into custody. KGUN 9 is actively following this developing story.
