Kentucky Lottery Winners: Three Tickets Worth $200,000 Sold in Recent Drawing

Three winning Powerball tickets worth a total of $200,000 were sold in Kentucky from the recent drawing. Two of the winning tickets were purchased at retail locations, while one was bought online through the Kentucky Lottery website. The winning tickets matched all five white balls: 13, 14, 26, 28, and 44, with the Powerball number being 7.

A $50,000 winning ticket was sold at Fast Lane Tobacco in South Williamson, and another $50,000 ticket was sold at the Richmond Road Kroger in Lexington. The largest prize of $100,000 was won by the online ticket holder who added the Power Play option, doubling the original prize to $100,000 with a 2x multiplier.

Kentucky Lottery officials advise winners to sign the back of their tickets immediately and keep them in a secure place. Retail winners must claim their prizes in person, while online winners with large prizes must select the "claim in person" option through their Kentucky Lottery account. Winners have 180 days to claim their prizes at the lottery headquarters in Louisville.

As no one won the top jackpot in the recent drawing, the Powerball jackpot has rolled over to an estimated $875 million, making it the seventh-largest jackpot in Powerball history. The next drawing is scheduled for 11 p.m. EST on Monday, Dec. 8. In 2025 alone, the Kentucky Lottery has paid out over $1.6 billion in prizes, with proceeds from ticket sales supporting scholarships and grants for more than 1 million Kentucky college students.
