The Sundance Film Festival has announced its final lineup of 90 feature films after receiving over 16,000 submissions. The selected movies cover a wide range of topics, from the adventures of four girls aiming to become top-selling "Cookie Queens" during Girl Scout Cookie season to an impending environmental crisis in Utah. The lineup includes works from both first-time filmmakers and established writers and directors like Rory Kennedy and Judd Apatow.

The 2026 Sundance films feature a star-studded cast, including celebrities like Charli xcx, Rob Lowe, Channing Tatum, Olivia Wilde, Seth Rogen, and many more. The festival, scheduled to run from Jan. 22 to Feb. 1 in Park City and Salt Lake City, will also have an online presence during the latter half. Tickets for the films will go on sale on Jan. 14, and festival programmer John Nein encourages attendees to take a chance on watching something new and different.

Some of the highlights from the festival lineup include documentaries like "Cookie Queens," which follows four girls' journey to become top-selling Girl Scout Cookie sellers, and "The Lake," which explores the environmental challenges facing the Great Salt Lake.
