Manhunt for Double Murder Suspect Samuel Ramirez Jr. with Arizona Connections

The FBI is currently seeking a double murder suspect, Samuel Ramirez Jr., with connections to Arizona. Ramirez is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murders of two women and the injury of a third person at a bar in Federal Way, Washington, in May 2023. Following the incident, Ramirez fled to Lake Havasu City and was later driven to Tijuana, Mexico by his parents. An arrest warrant was issued by the King County Superior Court in Washington, charging Ramirez with second-degree murder, first-degree murder, and attempted first-degree murder. Additionally, a federal arrest warrant was issued in Seattle in November 2025 for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Ramirez has ties to Lake Havasu City, Compton, California, Las Vegas, and Jalisco and Sinaloa, Mexico. Described as a brown-eyed, black-haired Hispanic and white man, weighing 200 pounds and standing at 6 feet tall, Ramirez has distinctive tattoos, including a lion's face on his right wrist and forearm. He is considered armed and dangerous. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to Ramirez's whereabouts, arrest, and conviction.
