Exciting news has surfaced about the filming and release date of Mayfair Witches Season 3. The production for the third season of the AMC series began in late October at Galbraith Manor, a historic property in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. Residents in the area were informed about the filming taking place at the property, and film crews were spotted on location in late October and last week.

Galbraith Manor, situated on the corner of Queens Avenue and Eighth Street, is a four-storey house built in 1892 with unique architectural features such as a square corner tower, wraparound verandah, and elaborate interior millwork. The property, valued at $2,006,000 according to BC Assessment, is known for its historical significance and Edwardian-era granite wall surrounding the house.

The house offers various rooms like the Great room, dining room, full kitchen, lounge, and an exterior wrap-around porch. Its exterior features sloped Gothic roofs and brick and wooden exteriors, adding to its charm and character. Production for Mayfair Witches Season 3 started on October 20, 2025, and is scheduled to continue until February 11, 2026, as per DGC BC’s production list, with confirmation from AMC's official Instagram account on November 4, 2025.

While an official release date for Mayfair Witches Season 3 has not been announced yet, fans can catch up on Seasons 1 and 2 on Netflix to prepare for the upcoming installment.
