Exclusive: Lenny Kravitz to Play Villain in 007 First Light - Sneak Peek Revealed!

IO Interactive accidentally revealed that Lenny Kravitz will be playing a villain in the upcoming game 007 First Light. The leaked video, which was quickly taken down, showed Kravitz's character, Bawma, delivering a menacing monologue to a captured Bond in Mauritania. This sneak peek is likely a preview of what will be officially unveiled at the Game Awards show tonight.

In the leaked footage, Bawma is seen orchestrating Bond's predicament, hinting at his role as either the main antagonist or a significant threat in the game's storyline. Kravitz will be joining a prestigious list of actors who have portrayed Bond villains in the past, such as Mads Mikkelsen, Javier Bardem, Christoph Waltz, and Rami Malek.

While Kravitz's experience in gaming is limited, with previous appearances in music-related games, this will be his first major role in a narrative-driven game. 007 First Light is set to release on March 27, 2026, across multiple platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.

Stay tuned for the official reveal at the Game Awards tonight to see more of Lenny Kravitz's portrayal as the villain in 007 First Light.
