Paul Ohore, 32, and Alagie Jatta, 29, both residents of The Bronx, were apprehended on warrants and charged with murder for the violent attack on Daevon Silva, 23. Silva, from Pawtucket, was assaulted with a baseball bat and subsequently stabbed near West 49th Street and Seventh Avenue. He succumbed to his injuries at Bellevue Hospital following the incident. Daevon Silva, the victim, had no criminal record in New York City but had a minor criminal history in Rhode Island.
