Morgan Wallen, the renowned musician, has achieved a significant milestone by being named the highest certified country artist of all time by the RIAA. With an impressive 239.5 million certified singles and 26 million albums, Wallen has solidified his position as one of the top artists in the music industry. His success places him as the third most-certified artist across all genres, following only Drake and Taylor Swift in solo titles. Additionally, Wallen holds the title of the No. 2 digital singles-certified solo artist in all genres.
The RIAA chairman/CEO, Mitch Glazier, commended Wallen's remarkable rise in the music industry, attributing it to his strong fan base, creative collaborations, and partnerships with Big Loud and Republic Records. Wallen's journey to becoming the highest RIAA certified country artist began less than a decade ago when he earned his first Gold certifications for his singles. His latest achievement showcases the continued support of his audience and his significant impact on modern music.
Wallen's fourth studio album, "I'm The Problem," released earlier this year, has already been certified 4x Platinum, with 22 of its 37 songs receiving Gold or higher certifications. Moreover, all the songs from Wallen's previous albums, "If I Know Me" and "Dangerous: The Double Album," including the bonus version, are RIAA certified. The artist now boasts five singles that are Diamond-certified or higher, including the newly Diamond-certified "Heartless," a collaboration with Diplo.
In addition to his musical achievements, Wallen is gearing up for his upcoming "Still the Problem Tour," a 23-show stadium tour set to kick off on April 10 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
