Ronan & Friends: A New Year's Eve Party - A Musical Celebration with Boyzone and Special Guests

Irish singer Ronan Keating is set to join forces with his former Boyzone bandmates for a special New Year's Eve event on BBC One. The 48-year-old musician, known for his time in the popular pop group Boyzone, will headline 'Ronan & Friends: A New Year’s Eve Party'. The show will feature a performance by Keating, Keith Duffy, and Shane Lynch, reuniting for a festive celebration. This event precedes the band's upcoming stadium show, their first collective appearance since 2019.

Boyzone, formed in 1993, consists of Keating, Duffy, Lynch, Mikey Graham, and the late Stephen Gately. The group achieved great success with six UK number one singles and five UK number one albums. After initially disbanding in 2000, they reunited in 2007. Keating's solo career also saw chart-topping success with hits like 'When You Say Nothing At All' and 'Life Is A Rollercoaster'.

Joining Keating on stage will be former Eternal singer Louise Redknapp and singer-songwriter Calum Scott. The lineup also includes former EastEnders star Shona McGarty, who recently appeared on ITV's 'I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here'. The evening promises a mix of performances, including a broadcast of London's firework display, to ring in the new year.

The New Year's Eve special, 'Ronan & Friends: A New Year’s Eve Party', will air on December 31 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. Don't miss this star-studded event featuring Ronan Keating and his friends for a night of music and celebration.
