Tisha Campbell and Lenny Kravitz have a long history together, dating back to their teenage years. During a recent appearance on Sherri Shepherd's show, Campbell revealed that she and Kravitz dated when they were just 16 years old. This revelation surprised the audience, but Campbell joked that she had "street cred" before they found out.
This isn't the first time Campbell has shared this story. In a conversation with Jennifer Hudson in 2023, she mentioned that Kravitz was her "first" boyfriend. Kravitz also confirmed their relationship in his memoir, Let Love Rule, where he described being captivated by Campbell's hazel eyes and beautiful singing voice.
