The incident occurred on Manning Avenue, where a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Marlon Tavarez collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. The Silverado overturned multiple times, resulting in fatal injuries to the driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
