Manhunt Underway: Cincinnati Police Seek Suspect in Christmas Day Shooting of Mother and Children
Cincinnati Police are currently on the lookout for a suspect following a shooting incident involving a mother and her two children in the West End area on Christmas morning. The incident occurred near Central Avenue and Kindel Avenue, where officers responded to a ShotSpotter call just before 3:00 a.m. The 36-year-old woman and her 10-year-old and 15-year-old daughters sustained gunshot wounds but are expected to recover. The vehicle they were in was found with multiple bullet holes and shattered windows, and has been taken to the police impound lot for further examination.
Authorities have identified a suspect in connection with the shooting but have not disclosed the individual's name or made any arrests at this time. The suspect is believed to have fled the scene in a silver Chevrolet Impala. Despite the lack of witnesses and 911 calls related to the incident, the police are actively investigating the case to bring the perpetrator to justice.
