Throughout his career spanning over three decades, he graced shows like “Friends,” “Seinfeld,” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” as well as films like “Dude Where’s My Car?” and “It’s Complicated.”

Born in Evanston, Illinois, Finn grew up in Wilmette and pursued his passion for acting after graduating from Loyola Academy. He attended Marquette University, where he crossed paths with his close friend Chris Farley. Finn’s journey in the entertainment industry began with improv groups like The Avalancheros, Second City Chicago, and Improv Olympic Chicago, where he collaborated with Farley and other talented individuals. His dedication to the craft extended to teaching, as he served as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Boulder and shared his expertise at institutions like Indiana University, UCLA, Pepperdine, and Marquette. Finn also co-founded Improv + Ability, a program focused on using improv for team-building purposes.

Finn’s contributions to the entertainment world and his commitment to nurturing talent will be remembered by many. He is survived by his wife, Donna, their three children, and other family members.
