Tragic Discovery: Man Found Dead in Submerged Vehicle in Lancaster Flood
A man's body was found inside a vehicle that was discovered partially submerged in a flooded area in Lancaster. The vehicle was spotted by an LAFD helicopter flying over the flooded area near 58th Street East and Avenue H-10. Due to the terrain and significant flooding from the holiday storm, the vehicle was not visible from the roadway. The LA County Sheriff's Department, along with the LAFD, located the vehicle and found the deceased man inside.
The identity of the man and the cause of death will be disclosed later pending an investigation by the LA County Coroner, as stated by LASD.
