Porsche Recalls 173,538 Vehicles in the U.S. for Rearview Camera Issue
Porsche is issuing a recall for 173,538 vehicles in the U.S. due to a rearview camera issue. The affected models include certain Cayenne, Cayenne E-Hybrid, 911, Taycan, Panamera, and Panamera E-Hybrid vehicles from 2019 to 2025. The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration highlighted that the rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is put in reverse, failing to meet safety standards. Dealers will update the driver assistance software at no cost to the owners.
