Franky Venegas, Island Boy Duo Member, Faces New Arrest in Florida for Drug-Related Offenses

Franky Venegas, one of the Island Boys duo, started the year 2026 with a new arrest in Florida for alleged drug-related offenses. The 24-year-old, also known as Kodiyakredd, was taken into custody and booked into the Collier County Jail in Naples for possession of drug paraphernalia. He is currently being held without bond due to a previous case where he was out on bond for firearm-related charges.

In February 2025, Venegas was arrested on drug and firearm charges, although the drug charge was later dropped. During the arrest, police found suspected Oxycodone in a yellow Corvette he was driving, along with a handgun with altered serial numbers and drug paraphernalia. Venegas claimed he had a prescription for the drugs but did not have it with him at the time of the arrest.

Venegas gained fame in 2021 alongside his twin brother Alex (Flyysoulja) with their viral song "I'm an Island Boy." Prior to his recent arrest, Venegas had been arrested for various offenses including domestic battery, reckless driving, and driving without a license. The Island Boys' rise to stardom has been overshadowed by Venegas' legal troubles, adding a controversial element to their music career.
