Dolly Parton's 80th Birthday Celebration: Panel Discussion at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is hosting a panel discussion to celebrate Dolly Parton's 80th birthday and her upcoming book "Behind the Seams: My Life in Rhinestones." The panel will feature Holly George-Warren, Rebecca Seaver, and Steve Summers, who are all closely associated with Dolly Parton. Allison Moorer from CMHOFM will moderate the discussion. This event is in conjunction with the exhibition "Dolly Parton: Journey of a Seeker" and will take place on Saturday, Jan. 17, from 3 to 4:30 p.m., just before Dolly's birthday on Jan. 19. CMHOFM members can attend for free, while non-members can purchase tickets on the museum's website. Program tickets are required for entry.
