Indiana University Football Lands Transfer Defensive End Tobi Osunsanmi from Kansas State

IU football has secured a commitment from transfer defensive end Tobi Osunsanmi from Kansas State, as reported by ESPN.com. Osunsanmi, standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing 250 pounds, hails from Wichita, Kansas. He was sidelined for the latter part of the 2025 season due to an injury but still managed to rank second in sacks on the Kansas State team with four. During the 2024 season, Osunsanmi, a redshirt sophomore at the time, recorded 19 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, four quarterback hurries, 3.5 sacks, and a forced fumble. With one season of eligibility left, Osunsanmi is considered one of the premier edge rushers in the transfer portal. His commitment marks the third addition to the Hoosiers' roster today, following the acquisitions of Wisconsin safety Preston Zachman and Michigan State receiver Nick Marsh.
